The Growth Plan
Kahlab is launching first in Houston, with plans to scale into Dallas, New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. To fuel that expansion, they’re partnering with Jem Social to activate local creators through our Influencer Discovery Tool and UGC-powered campaign tracking.
How the Campaign Works
1️⃣ Discover the Right Local Creators
Using Jem Social’s Discovery Tool, Kahlab will find influencers who are:
- Actively creating content in Houston
- In the remote work or entrepreneurial space in Houston -- typically tech entrepreneurs/founders and marketers
- Gen Z and Millenials focused on Lifestyle content active on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- All of this can be found on Jem Social
2️⃣ Offer Free Experiences
Each selected creator will receive:
- Free studio credits (5 studio/coworking space bookings)
- A podcast recording session
- Free photoshoots with partnered photographers & videographers on Kahlab's team
- Access to premium coworking spaces
- A VIP invite to Kahlab’s local launch event
Kahlab will team up with each creator on Instagram and amplify the momentum by sharing fresh, original content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
3️⃣ Create and Share Content
In exchange, creators will post about their experience across:
- Instagram (Reels & Stories)
- TikTok (vlogs, workspace tours, GRWM)
- LinkedIn (professional reflections)
4️⃣ Measure, Learn, Retarget
All content will use #BookedAtKahlab and referral links to track performance in our Campaign Tracking tool. This will allow Kahlabs team to see what content brings in the most conversions. Jem Social features will track every post and referral. The best content will be boosted with geo-targeted paid ads in each market to maximize reach and conversions. Soon enough, Kahlab can find more look-alike creators in Houston to continue penetrating the market in the cities being targeted.
