5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Jem Social.
• By posting content, you grant Jem Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities or solicit illegal acts.
• Post, share, or distribute harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the Platform's functionality or security.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward others.

7. Termination
