Question 1

Is Jem Social for me?

Accepted Answer

Jem Social is built for consumer & B2B brands. It’s ideal for brands at any stage of influencer marketing. Sign up for a 1-week free trial and give it a try.

Question 2

Do you offer monthly plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! Our monthly plans are ideal if you need flexibility. Paying month-to-month works well if you run influencer campaigns seasonally.

Question 3

How do payments work through the app?

Accepted Answer

Brands will submit payment to start the collaboration. Creators receive payouts once the collaboration is complete.

Question 4

Does Jem Social provide strategy calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer custom strategy for Dynomite plans or higher. If you need a one-off strategy call, reach out to info@jem.social and we can provide a strategy call with a custom quote.

Question 5

What if I waste my money on influencer marketing?

Accepted Answer

Evergreen content is never a waste. We always suggest start working with smaller creators first for creative testing to see what kind of content is converting better for your brand.

Question 6

What happens if I pass the limits of my plan?

Accepted Answer

Very few users ever hit the limits of their plan per month. In rare cases that you do go over the limits of your plan, you can purchase more credits.
