Hook or reaction + app demo — set up a moment, then record yourself using the app. No script to memorize, minimal editing. Trend audio / text overlay — you on camera with a caption on screen. Not confident on camera yet? That's fine. Talking-head is a skill that takes reps, and we build the mix around where you're strongest while you get comfortable. Nobody gets dropped for not being a natural talker. Pay: scales with volume and format. Strong regular creators hit $1,000–$3,000+/month base, plus bonuses on top. We pay $10 per 10,000 views above the first 10k, per video — up to $3,000 per video on top of your base: 100k views → $90 on top 500k views → $490 on top 1M views → $1,090 on top, from one video If a video takes off, that's your work and you get paid on it.
